Mosaic restaurant is the destination for fine dining in Scottsdale, Arizona. Chef/owner Deborah Knight and GM Matt Rinn combined their talents and lives to create this unique culinary destination for the passionate diner. Chef Knight has always featured local producers and organic and sustainably harvested sources for her eclectic fare.
