Un Bacio ('a kiss' in Italian), a friendly neighborhood ristorante tucked discreetly away in the folds of Gainey Ranch, offers a warm and rustic European ambiance to this desert community of Scottsdale, Arizona.
A landmark of casual elegance for many years, it has recently undergone a change: the kitchen is under the creative touch of new head chef, Brian Ruggiero, formerly of Pasta Brioni's. The owners, Joe and Rebel Pallotti, embrace each customer as a distant relative. Un Bacio continues comforting its clientele in its energetic bar and softly sophisticated dining.
