Flancers
Thanks for your interest in our Cafe. My name is Jeff Flancer, the owner of Flancer's. I have had the pleasure of owning Flancer's since April of 2000. I am a 1984 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y. In the 80's I was a Chef working from restaurants at the Inner Harbor of Baltimore to the finest French restaurants in Los Angeles. In 1990 my wife Tuni and I moved to Santa Fe, N.M., a spiritual hub with authentic southwest culture and cuisine. I owned my restaurant there, for 8 years before happily moving to Phoenix in 2000. I enjoy power boating and sailing, golf, occasionally and collecting record albums and some 60's memorabilia. I am so thankful for our 2 beautiful boy's, Gaffney and Max, they rock! I am also thankful for all the success we have had over these past years, and I would like to thank my excellent and worthy staff for the huge part they play, everyday, in making us what we are known for: Friendly, professional service with incredible food in an atmosphere that is like your favorite place when you were growing up!
