The history of The Plaza Companies is a story of promises made and kept. From its inception in 1982, the firm has successfully pioneered the growth of two health/wellness related businesses: medical/research office environments and senior housing. Through periods of dynamic change, in an economic climate often characterized by volatility, more than a third of a billion dollars of real estate product was thoughtfully conceived, carefully planned, creatively implemented, and expertly managed, while preserving an emphasis on individual relationships.
